Krishnaraja III (1894-1940) The Wadiyar Dynasty ruled the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1950. Obverse: An image of a mythical animal, Shardula moving towards the left side is visible. Above this Kannada legend: sri. chamundi. It is flanked by the images of the sun and moon. Reverse: Lettering: Mayil Kasu. The number 20 is depicted in Kannada language. Lettering: XX CASH in English along with the year 1838.
